
Platinum Jubilee Celebrations
Committee members were present at a recent meeting at Lladevaud Hall to discuss with Langstone and Llandevaude the possibility of joint celebrations for the platinum jubilee. Cooperation was agreed and representatives from each will meet together to form a timetable of events. It is hoped that all those interested in the hamlet will join in the hamlets working party to make these a great community event. Please let us know if you would like to be included. Bill Woods
R. I. P Bill was a one of the founder members of the Residents Association and despite poor health in recent years he will be sadly missed. We especially remember him as Santa, his service to Neighbourhood Watch and his contribution to activities on ‘the patch’ We extend our deepest sympathy to his wife Carol

Carols in the Barn
It was great to see the children’s excitement as they waited in the straw filled lambing shed for Santa. Due to covid they might not have been able to sit on his lap but they still enjoyed his presence and gifts. There was mulled wine, pop for children and an array of food brought by all those who attended. Sarah’s mini gingerbread houses causing quite a stir.
